Seismic-resistant ceiling "NEQRES® Series" *Examples of installation are currently available!

Seismic ceilings compliant with 2.2G of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's technical standards. By reducing the number of braces by one-fourth, it contributes to the reduction of material costs!

Seismic ceilings with panel specifications that comply with the new seismic standards, in line with the revision of the Building Standards Act Enforcement Order in April 2014. With high strength, we protect the property of customers indoors while providing safety and peace of mind through high workability and cost performance. By adopting compression braces and newly developed aluminum clamps, the design allowable strength has doubled compared to conventional methods, and the displacement of the end clearance has been reduced. By reducing the number of braces to one-fourth, vertical members (compression members) are no longer necessary, allowing for a reduction in material costs. This reduction in the number of braces enables effective use of ceiling space and facilitates the layout of piping and ducts. 【Features】 ■ High seismic resistance ■ Complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's technical standards of 2.2G ■ Design allowable strength is approximately twice that of conventional methods ■ Small displacement of end clearance ■ Reduction of the number of braces to one-fourth ■ Custom-made design (Note 1) Building Standards Act Enforcement Order related to measures against ceiling collapse in buildings and measures to prevent the collapse of elevators and other equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Super Lightweight Ceiling 'SLC Method' for Arena Gymnasiums

A ceiling that balances installation efficiency and safety, preventing falls.

At event venues, rapid setup and safety assurance are required. In particular, when setting up ceilings, it is important to have a structure that is lightweight, easy to handle, and provides peace of mind even in emergencies. Inadequate ceiling structures can lead to delays in setup time and potentially exacerbate damage in the event of an incident. The ultra-lightweight ceiling "SLC Method" reduces the number of components and achieves a weight of less than 2.0 kg/m2. By fully bonding and securing the ceiling panels, the structure is designed to minimize the risk of damage or detachment during vibrations. This contributes to improved setup efficiency and safety at event venues. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Temporary setups for exhibitions, concerts, sports events, etc. - Venues that require quick setup and dismantling - Venues with many items suspended from the ceiling 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduced setup time and decreased workload - Increased peace of mind against shaking from earthquakes and other disturbances - Assurance of safety during the event
